Store Supervisor - Full Time

SPAR Collon are recruiting a full time Store Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.

The Role:

• Manage and supervise a team of store employees, providing guidance and support as needed

• Ensure efficient and effective store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and cleanliness

• Monitor sales performance and strategize ways to increase revenue and meet targets

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

• Implement store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment

• Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns
