We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Retail Manager to join our team at SPAR Thurles. As the Store Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

The Role:

• Manage and lead a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service

• Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management

• Create and maintain a welcoming and organised store environment

• Train and mentor staff to uphold company standards and policies

• Analyse sales data and trends to make informed business decisions

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
