Job description

SPAR Cherrywood are current hiring full time Shop Assistant to join their friendly team. 

The ideal candidate for this role must be flexible and available for evening shifts and have previous retail experience.

MAIN PURPOSE OF POSITION

To operate within the Store efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.

Job requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Operational knowledge of retail environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • An understanding of consumer needs

  • Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation

  • Committed to continually improving standards

  • Self-motivated & ambitious
