SPAR Dunleer was recently acquired by the Newhill Group and we are currently seeking a full time permanent Store Manager to lead our friendly team at SPAR. 


The ideal candidate for this role will have previous convenience retail management experience with an ambition to advance their career with us. This role is supported by a head office function to assist with business and HR operations.

Job Requirements for Store Manager - SPAR Dunleer


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail management role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
