We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our team at a SPAR store located in Tralee, Co. Kerry. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff
  • Ensure the store meets sales targets and profitability goals
  • Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
  • Create a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Implement store policies and procedures
