We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at SPAR Holywell. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve store targets and deliver exceptional service

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner

• Create and maintain a welcoming and well-organized store environment

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
