Evening Store Supervisor - Full Time

SPAR Letterkenny (Glencar), Glencar Shopping Centre, Ballyboe Glencar, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal require a full time Evening Store Supervisor to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities as Supermarket Assistant Manager:

• Assisting the Manager in ensuring the successful evening running of the store

• Oversee the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures to ensure they are always followed appropriately

• Helping management with staff performance, and ensuring overall high standards of the store

• Constantly looking at innovative ways to increase footfall, turnover, and grow margins

• Stocktaking

• Have the ability to motivate and lead a team

Who you are:

• Previous retail supervisory experience in a retail setting

• Excellent team leadership skills

• An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in store

• Passionate about customer service
