Space Planning Coordinator

Monday to Friday (Office Based)

9.00am – 5.00pm

35 hours per week

Appleby Westward have very ambitious growth plans and we are looking for driven individuals to help us realise this ambition. We have an exciting opportunity for a Space Planning Co-ordinator to join our team who will be responsible for maintaining planogram suites, tailored to individual stores, to help drive sales.

The Role:

• Weekly product maintenance and maintaining planogram assignments using our Spaceman software;
• Substituting products for the closest replacement as required;
• Building example promotion ends for each promotion period;
• Providing planogram support to stores;
• Maintaining product sizes and images libraries;
• Supporting with Range Reviews and building new planograms;
• Reporting to the Space Planning Manager, forming part of the Space Planning Team

Applicants should have:

• The ability to work to tight deadlines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
• Experience of using micro space planning software would be beneficial, but not essential
• Experience of working in a Retail environment would be beneficial, but not essential
