Shop Supervisor – Little Island, Co. Cork - Full Time

SPAR Eastgate, is searching for a talented Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team based in in Little Island.  Please note this is a Full-time role.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Engaging and delighting customers with your friendly and professional approach.

·       Providing expert advice and assistance to ensure outstanding customer care.

·       Maintaining optimal stock levels to guarantee a well-stocked store.

·       Elevating store standards through impeccable housekeeping, creative merchandising, and exceptional service.

·       Adhering to cash handling procedures and legal requirements.

·       Minimizing waste by implementing effective stock rotation practices.

·       Resolving customer queries promptly, efficiently, and in line with store policies.

·       Embracing any additional tasks assigned by store management.

Whom are we looking for:

• Previous Shop Assistant experience or willingness to take the next step and learn

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• The ability to positively influence the store team

• Self-motivated
