Shop Supervisor (Full-Time) - Cork

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Shop Supervisor to join our vibrant team. This is a full-time role and a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in a busy shop environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcoming customers and providing friendly, helpful service

• Helping customers with advice and recommendations

• Keeping the shop fully stocked, clean and looking its best

• Supporting the team with great merchandising and customer service

• Handling cash safely and following company procedures

• Keeping waste to a minimum through good stock rotation

• Dealing with customer questions and queries in a positive and professional way

• Supporting the Store Manager with other tasks when needed

• Previous experience as a Shop Assistant is an advantage, but we’re happy to hear from someone ready to take the next step and learn

• Great communication and people skills
