We are seeking an experienced Café Manager to join our team at the new and exciting Brevato Cafe located in the IFSC Dublin City Centre. As the Café Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

The Role:

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas and café staff

• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control

• Create and maintain a welcoming and efficient café environment

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Prior Experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude

• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
