We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fresh Food Manager - Full Time to join our team at SPAR Clancy Quay, Dublin 8. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the fresh food department, maintaining exceptional standards, leading the team, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Lead and support the fresh food team

• Drive sales and maintain high department standards

• Manage stock ordering, control, and waste

• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP procedures

• Deliver excellent customer service

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and freshness

• Train and develop team members to achieve department objective

• Monitor department performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Ensure adequate staffing and effective daily department operations

• Previous experience in a fresh food, deli, or retail management role
