Food Truck Assistant - (Award-winning Food Truck) - Full Time

We at O'Reilly's Food Truck are looking for a Food Truck Assistant to join our fantastic team in Bandon.

This role is based at our award-winning Food Truck on the Clonakilty Road, Bandon. The hours of work for this position is as follows:

• 5 pm. to close

• 5 days a week (variable days, including weekends)

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Food preparation and cooking

• Excellent customer service

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control

• Taking orders are serving customers

• Service of food to customers to the standards set by the Company

• Food assembly and service of same in an efficient manner

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in the food service industry

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Previous cooking or similar experience preferred

• Knowledge of food safety requirements

• People person with exceptional demonstrated customer service qualities and a positive can do attitude

• Demonstrate impeccable time management and reliability

• Proficiency of the English language
