Corrib Oil is to open a new convenience store and service station on Killala Road, Ballina, Co Mayo. The new Ballina site, which will open in early Summer, will be Corrib Oil’s 42nd convenience store nationally.

With this new opening, we are now recruiting for a Full Time Deli Assistant. With over 35 years of success in the Retail and Oil Distribution sectors, we are committed to supporting career progression and fostering a positive and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food in an efficient, cost-effective manner.

• Manage daily kitchen operations (including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Chilled Products) as directed by the Deli Manager.

• Maintain effective stock management and portion control.

• Ensure the work environment and facilities are clean and compliant with HACCP legislation.

• Prioritize customer care and service, actively promoting the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme at every opportunity.

• Carry out assigned deli checks following your training and ensure standards are maintained.

• Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, Monday through Sunday.
