Deli Manager - Firies, Co. Kerry

SPAR Firies, Killarney, Co. Kerry require a Deli Manager to join their amazing team.

Role:

To operate within the fresh foods department efficiently, effectively and hygienically to ensure customer satisfaction at all times with the highest standards of service and products.

Day to day management of the Deli department and delegating tasks to staff members.
Ensuring the highest standards of compliance with HACCP and Food Safety across the entire deli department.
The Deli Manager must be self-motivated, flexible, conscientious, organised and have a good attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:

• Previous deli experience essential in this role.
• Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
• Professional & polite manner is essential
