Convenience Store Manager - Full Time

A successful retail group based in North Dublin are recruiting an experienced Store Manager to join their team.

OBJECTIVE

Ensure the delivery of store targets and the high level of customer service through the effective management of store operations and employees. 

CANDIDIATE

The ideal candidate would be very customer focused and have previous experience in managing all day to day operations of a convenience store including:

• People Management

• Finance

• Store Operations

• Stock Management

• Legislation & Security

• Previous Retail Management Experience

• Excellent interpersonal relations

• Excellent understanding of consumer needs

• Proven track record in achieving agreed targets

• Self-motivated and committed to continually improving standards

• Computer skills
