Chipper Store Manager - Full Time

O'Reilly's SPAR Group require a full time Chipper Store Manager to join their amazing team in O'Reillys Fish & Chips, GLANMIRE, CO. CORK.

Who you are:

• Previous experience, preferably in a supervisor or manager capacity
• Excellent customer service skills
• HACCP certification or knowledge
• Excellent communication and motivation skill

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the department, managing and delegating tasks to staff members and ensuring all rostered hours are used in a productive manner
• Ensure all HACCP and food safety requirements are met, and that all reports are completed and filed accordingly
• Ordering in of stock, ensure stock control and stock rotation is completed
• Be creative and have inspiring ideas to go the department
• Stock taking and counting results

Customer Care

• To serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner providing an exceptional standard of customer care
• Assist customers with queries regarding fresh food products
• To communicate with the customers in an effective and welcoming manner
• To deal with customer complaints in a professional and pleasant way and refer to the Store Manager where appropriate
• Ensure products are served to customers in line with Food Hygiene Requirements
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions

• Fresh food experience is beneficial
• Keen interest in developing career in Food Retail
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene would be beneficial
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task
• A highly motivated self-starter, who is proactive and flexible
• Innovative
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Organised with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative
