We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to join our team at Brevato. As the Head Barista, you will be responsible for leading our coffee bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Your passion for coffee and leadership skills will drive our sales team to deliver high-quality beverages and create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

The Role:

• Lead and train barista team members

• Manage inventory and supplies

• Create and maintain a positive work environment

• Ensure quality and consistency in all coffee beverages

• Provide excellent customer service

• Prior Experience working as a Barista in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude

• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays
