We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Operations Manager to join our team located at Maxol Kiltale. As the Bakery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery production centre, ensuring efficiency and quality in all aspects of production.

The Role:

• Manage and coordinate bakery production staff support personnel

• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimise production processes

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth
