SPAR Racefield is seeking a talented Bakery Manager to join our team. As the Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including production, inventory management, and customer service.

The Role:

  • Lead a team of bakers and support staff to ensure high-quality products are consistently produced

  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand

  • Create and update recipes, ensuring consistency and quality

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
